The modernly decorated living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, satellite receivers, and air conditioning for the ideal temperature year-round. The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms (French beds 160x200 and 180x200), with one room also featuring a private bathtub/WC.

The open kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for gourmet cooking: oven, dishwasher, two induction hobs, toaster, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. A shower/WC and washing machine ensure complete home functionality.
