Welcome to Botra Maria Apartment, a perfect retreat for family or friends, located on the ground floor. This beautifully and comfortably furnished two-bedroom apartment of 54 m² offers an ideal combination of comfort, modern amenities, and outdoor relaxation.

Indoor Ambiance

The space is organized for maximum functionality and relaxation:

  • Living Room/Dining Area: The central part of the apartment features a cozy living room with a satellite TV (flat screen). For your comfort, the area is equipped with air conditioning and warm air heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year.

  • Sleeping Areas: The apartment has two bedrooms:

    • Room 1: Equipped with one double bed (160 cm), ideal for a peaceful sleep.

    • Room 2: Equipped with two separate beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen: The open kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hobs, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee maker.

  • Bathroom: Features a modern shower/toilet.

Outdoor Paradise and Additional Amenities

The living room opens directly onto a spacious, covered terrace, where you can enjoy Istrian evenings:

  • Terrace: Equipped with comfortable seating furniture and sun loungers for sunbathing or an afternoon rest.

  • Yard: The apartment offers its own, **fenced yard of 400 m²** with a rectangular **pool (8 x 4 m)**, a whirlpool, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy all-day sun with large parasols and prepare perfect dinners using your **own** traditional grill and **electric grill** for tasty summer meals.

  • Family Amenities: Thinking of the youngest guests, a **high chair** and a **baby crib** (upon request) are provided.

  • Internet: During your stay, you have access to **free high-speed wireless internet (WLAN)**.

  • Pets: The apartment is **non-smoking**, and upon prior notice, **a maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed** – because your pets deserve a vacation too!

What I also found great was that all windows are equipped with insect screens, so we had no insects in the house and almost no mosquito bites. The outdoor area with a large grill is beautiful.

Sometimes the neighbors' dogs barked, but that didn't bother us.

The landlord is very friendly and helpful, and communication was extremely easy.

It is located a bit more in the countryside, so you have to drive a little further. Very friendly landlords on site.

The whirlpool and pool are also wonderful, although the pool is quite cold. All in all, we would be happy to recommend it.
